Today is the third time I haven't received my order at this Starbucks. I order a regular coffee with one extra espresso. There are four baristas working in the room, no other customers in the room. They take the order, don't refuse a tip (I always leave one). I wait for more than 5 minutes and nothing happens, they stand there talking and do nothing. Despite the fact that I've been coming here for 15 years, I won't go to this place anymore.
Jenny, a barista on shift, made my day today! She updated a mistake with my drink super quickly, with a big smile, and gave me extra foam in another cup on the side. Awesome attitude and so kind! She deserves some recognition and a gold star! Thank you Jenny!

Need to close every Starbucks where is don't have a restroom for the customer !!!!
