The barista is friendly
The employees seem a little rude but maybe they're tired or not doing what they enjoy doing. The ambiance is scary, maybe it's the blues music they have on. It feels almost lifeless because of the people. The actual store itself looks happy.
Not even kidding, the ice in my matcha was REALLY pleasing. Super clear, softish, and the perfect amt. of chewyness
