Coffee was good but there is no seating so it might as well be a drive through.
john is a credit to starbucks in the lower highlands neighborhood of Louisville ky at highland Ave and bardstown Rd . I ordered the incorrect drink I wanted and he cheerfully told me what I actually wanted and made it !
This was my first visit to this location. The employee at the front counter greeted me promptly, took my order right away, and was pleasant throughout the interaction. The reason I'm not giving a higher rating is that the employees in the back appeared to be chatting so much that my order was overlooked. I ordered two drinks, which normally should have taken about five minutes, but I ended up waiting roughly 15 minutes.
