Melissa is an absolute lovely lady to see when I'm walking in, She always brightens my day when I see her to the point I'm smiling cheek to cheek. It's a shame my smile is tainted by the amount of coffee I have, but let me tell you she makes the most heaven sent drinks anywhere. What a gem in the rough to find in a targets starbucks. ❤️
Had Melissa serve me and my husband the best coffee I have genuinely ever tasted. She was one of the only ones there and she was phenomenal, left a lasting impression, made great conversation, and clearly just knows what she’s doing!!! We even thanked her on our way out of target because we adored that diva so much!! Anyways, Melissa, we love you and thank you for the best coffee I’ve had from Starbucks and truly in general— you’re the best girlie 🩷🩷
I got the Chai Latte with only water . Girl who made the Chai even tho I asked her not to put plastic stopper she purposely did . This happened multiple times with her knowing I don't like plastic in my either coffee or Chai she does purposely. Many time I have returned drink . Management please take appropriate action. I pay money and I should have drink on my own terms . There should not be disrespect like this

Walked in to empty counter, no guests or workers, then an old lady appears and immediately says "ugh, I'll be with you in a few minutes" and then proceeds to go to the bathroom, comes out 5 mins later and throws her hands up as another lady walks up to order, then proceeds to take the other lady order first so I walked out. Very unwelcoming.
