Terrible service and often slow. They’ve messed up my drink on 3 different occasions, and I’ve had a hair on the lid of my cup…. Never again.
I always enjoy my visits to Starbucks! The coffee is consistently delicious, and there are plenty of drink options to suit any mood, from classic lattes to refreshing iced beverages. The baristas are friendly and efficient, ensuring that even during busy times, service remains quick and pleasant.
After you start coming for a while they remember your orders and how you prefer it made they always greet you with a smile and a conversation as if your a friend instead of a customer
Most of the staff and baristas at this location are warm and welcoming, providing excellent service. However, I have noticed that the atmosphere can occasionally feel tense, particularly when certain management styles come into play. Today, I felt as though I was inadvertently caught up in a stressful situation, which affected my experience. While Starbucks offers convenience, if you're seeking a more personalized, hometown cafe vibe, I would encourage supporting local coffee shops for a different experience.
