High energy good people
We just stopped in for a birthday treat and had the most wonderful customer experience ever in a Starbucks! Zach was super friendly and sincere - he made my kids and me feel like a million bucks! We all left smiling and wanting to go back soon to be greeted by name. Great job, Zach! What you do means a lot to people!
Refused to rinse the Tumbler purchased from them at their premises whilst I was ordering coffee. I had to to rinse it myself before they agreed to pour me coffee in it. Extremely bad customer service. I found it very unfriendly and inconvenient.
