Horrible costumer service.
I visited the store and ordered a Venti size drink. I specifically requested less ice multiple times, but the drink was still made with too much ice. Even after removing a good amount of ice myself (picture attached for reference)With that amount of ice, there was hardly any difference compared to a Tall size. It felt disappointing, especially after clearly mentioning my preference. I hope more attention is given to customer requests in the future..
This used to be my favorite Starbucks location,but lately they been messing up on the orders. Today I ordered a cheese Danish warmed up and it was cold, ordered a chocolate chip cookie and it was all smashed up in pieces, and the Strawberry Acai Lemonade was too SWEET tasted terrible!!.! There is alot of young, new employees working here now and they are definitely messing up on orders BAD. I miss the old employees that are no longer working there. Unfortunately I will not be going to this location again.
