I first wanted to start off by saying how excellent the customer service was at this Starbucks. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out me and my mom felt very welcomed and felt right at home. My order was late Cashier was rude Did not take my payment I am not going in the store ever
Ordered my drink wrong and had to ask for syrup on the side barista was so nice about it even though she was busy. we love kind people 🤍
Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They’ve caused me to have to leave without my mobile order so many times bc it’s not ready, meanwhile there’s employees giggling in the corner. I’ve had faster service at busy small coffee shops in Los Angeles and NYC. will drive to the Carlisle pike store going forward. If you have time constraints to get somewhere don’t bother trying to grab a coffee here on your way.
So I came here 4/25 and as I arrived I was like I should go inside, but I said nope drive thru it is. I’m happy I went through drive thru, because I was able to meet Scott. Scott was so friendly and even recommended sandwiches to get. His demeanor and his smile made the entire experience amazing. We talked about God, and shared some Christian songs to listen too.
