I was finishing up shopping on Tuesday night and I stood im the fridgerator maybe 3 to 4 minutes. No rush because I know they are finishing task or cleaning. 2 girls working no people waiting for drinks. One girl just walks past me and goes to the sneak and gets on snap chat taking a picture of idk what. Finally I asked if they were open because im unsure of the hours and it was only 5:50. The drinks are good, service usually quick (thanks) but some of the workers when I go there are either rude, or lazy. I do however let it slide a couple times but…1. if you don’t like the job why are you there? 2. Even if you don’t like the job, why not do a good job anyway, it will show what kind of person you are. There still are skills to learn.
I'm new to Starbucks, and was always under the impression they were quick. Not the case here. And they don't seem very enthusiastic about working here. Especially the lady with the mask on everyday. Couldn't see her name tag, because she doesn't wear one. I waited 15 minutes to order🙄
