Homeless right out bothering paying customers. When they make a mistake and let a someone else take your drink, rude cashier assume you’re lying and ask for a receipt instead of just asking for your name, so they can look into their mistake. Incredibly disrespectful attitude and zero accountability
Because if the road construction nearby its not as busy so perfect when you grabbing something quickly. Walked there from Renaissance Hotel and got my cappuccinos quicker than the hotel coffe stand due to the line.
Friendliest Starbucks employees in America! Hands down! Even my colleagues who also work nearby agreed. They're consistently cheery and uplifting. Thank you for your energy and heart-- the whole massive team that works in this tiny space -- true gems of humanity! It's worth the trek under the construction scaffolding to this location right now. It can also be accessed from inside the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel.
