Whoever was on window at 1pm on 8/30 needs to be removed. I guess she didn’t realize she was still mic’d up after taking my order but she proceeded to speak so rudely to the other employees around her as it came through the speaker outside for multiple minutes for all cars to hear. Not only was she grossly speaking to the workers around her, she was unfriendly and just flat out rude at the window.
Alex needs to be promoted! I don’t actually know… he could already be the manager, but he completely turned my day around! I felt like I was a complicated order but he didn’t bat an eye. Service was 13 out of 10. If you just need a pick me up, a new friend, a laugh, you have to go see Alex! He’s sure to brighten your day!
