There’s no way I’ll ever pay for the kind of customer service and bad coffee I just had again! If negative star rates were an option it would actually be a better choice. $30 for 2 coffees and two slice of pumpkin loafs and yet the cashier couldn’t even be bothered to utter a smile, speak words or even take the vile look off her face!!! I’d rather take my hard earned money to Dunkin’ next time.
Ordered an $8 breakfast sandwich, it came with 1/3 toppings (eggs, no bacon, no gouda). Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Not helpful staff. The Starbucks near TSA security is much much better.
Holding up to the 2.0 rating for this Starbucks says it all. $8.00 for a tall latte. The guy and girl behind the counter are too busy talking to each other. Hands me my latte which wasn’t hot. It had no stevia. He never told me. He didn’t put the stevia in because it wasn’t behind the counter. They should close all the Starbucks down in this airport.
