Ordered online when exiting plane. Get to store to be rudely told "We close, we close." Charged for a drink i didn't get. Told that I ordered it in the app, I have to deal with the app. VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES!
Ordered some overnight oats via the app. Stood waiting for 30 minutes and no one told me that they didn’t have any in stock. Then was told had to call customer service to get a refund. Do not waste your time here.
For this to be an airport terminal location, they are EXTREMELY slow. No sense of urgency, especially for early morning flights customers, line took 45 mins, thats ridiculous especially when they are fully staffed.
Natalia extremely rude, mumbled, then yelled twice as I looked for my name on the completed orders table. Sandwich Luke warm at best.
Open at 4:30AM, 13 minutes and two orders taken. Only 2 people working when there are 7 flights leaving in the next 50 minutes. Horrible planning by management.
