My wife and I understand this location will be busy. We’re considerate of the time, but when 3 people that ordered after us get their orders before us, that is when we will simply inquire to make sure ours wasn't lost. My wife approached the girl handing out drinks and immediately gave her attitude saying “we’re still working on it”. And this is why AI, and robots will solve this problem, they won’t give an attitude when asked a simple question
I ordered a refresher and like 20 people behind me got their drink first. I was not in a hurry but all I did was ask if they forgot about it, I did not raise my voice or anything. And the ladies all turned and started giving me attitude and seemed super pissed off. Lucky I never go to this airport but yikes. If they are super stressed out, hire more employees. If that's not the problem maybe give these employees customer etiquette classes
I had a perfect experience here this morning! Staff was cheerful, drink was correct, food delicious!
Very worst customer service. Very Rude behaviour of working staffs. They don’t have much items.
