Incredibly impolite and rude service person. I came and waited first, but the person at the counter very rudely refused to take my order. I was never treated so rudely like this. I sincerely don’t recommend to anyone who prefers friendly customer service.
Very expensive, the cost is high and you don't get much for what you pay
Visited this Starbucks on November 15 in the evening. The 2 employees (Indian/Middle Eastern guy and African American girl) who were working ignored me when I was waiting at the counter just trying to ask for water. There was no line. Then they talked over me and turned up their radio blasting music. He told me that I have to “speak up” when him and the girl could clearly see me standing there. Horrible customer service.
Extremely disappointing service. The staff were unprofessional and seemed bothered by having to do their jobs. Instead of assisting customers, they were chatting and taking photos of travelers. I placed an order through the app because I had a tight connection and hadn’t eaten, expecting my items to be ready by the time I reached the terminal but they weren’t. Amazing service! Didn’t have a charger and one of the employees (China I think was her name?) lent me hers. Extremely kind, amazing service!
