I am not sure if it’s because I’m Black or a woman, but I waited over 20 minutes for a drink. After waiting for 10 minutes, I inquired about my order, but they acted confused as if I didn’t order anything. Then it took them an additional 10 minutes to make it. Lastly, I ordered a lavender still latte and it tasted like spoiled milk. I am sick of being mistreated in establishments where I spend my money. I will not be back.
Today, I was under a lot of pressure and stress. I had the honor and responsibility of ensuring coffee was available for a very important politician at a staff meeting. I ordered two traveler coffees ahead of time online. When I arrived at Starbucks, I met a young man named William, who was working alone. He was incredibly professional and hardworking. This may be the worst Starbucks! Very incompetent folks working here and a lot of restrictions. Always mess up orders. If you decide to order here, check your order before you leave. They are that bad here!
Couldn't even order. 40 min before closing they said that since they were closing they weren't preparing anything
