I was at the drive-through this morning, and I felt completely rushed out of there. There was also no option for me to tip the Starbucks workers and as a worker in the service industry myself it’s important to tip the Starbucks workers they are working hard and I was just trying to show my appreciation. It seems like the store is putting profit over their employees this has happened to be a few times at this location when I am rushed out and can’t even show my appreciation for the hard working staff. SMH.
CAME in ONE minute TO CLOSING time (9pm) & Worker REFUSED to SELL me A DRINK😬🥴🥴. Does it TAKE "AN HOUR" to make A DRINK🤔😊 or its takes 2 MINUTES to make a DRINK?????🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔. I don't THINK🤔 worker on THIS location Enjoy/LIKE their JOB much to put in an LITTLE extra EFFORT for EXCELLENT customers SERVICE!!!!
I am giving a shout out to the sweet older man that works in the drive thru. He honestly is the best part about this location and he embodies how employees should be. I wish I knew his name but he deserves recognition and praise - he made my day. Cheers to him!
whoever here at the front at 3:45 was rude as hell and tossed my drink and gave me an attitude when i asked for a bag … she’s gonna get the wrong one ONE DAY
