I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks inside Mariano’s on Chicago Avenue this morning. The barista, Bella, didn’t even respond when I greeted her with a polite “good morning.” She seemed annoyed and uninterested in interacting with customers, making me feel like I was inconveniencing her. To make things worse, she curtly told me that my preferred drink was no longer available without offering any explanation or alternatives. Certain workers here are sooooo lazy like they hate their job their life just existing… why you applied to a service job is baffling if you have no energy. Bad way to start the day. Thank god someone else was making the actual drinks or I’d still be waiting.
Been here multiple times and every time I buy from here the coffee tastes weak and watered down. Don’t have ridiculous expectations but I do expect the coffee here to at least taste like the coffee at any other Starbucks
