Placed a mobile order and arrived at the time the app said it would be ready. It wasn’t ready yet, which was fine, so I waited. After about 10 minutes, several walk-in customers ordered and received their drinks before mine. I politely asked at the counter if my order had been received and was told they had just gotten it and that they were short-staffed. I completely understand being busy, but that explanation didn’t align with what I observed, as in-person orders continued to be completed while my mobile order was delayed.... read more
God forbid you ask them to fix your drink, they will purposely make it wrong again and again just to upset you. Never going back to this Starbucks, the male working there is very unprofessional.
