Everyone working was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I get it’s busy in there majority of the time with ungrateful tech schoolers but these women were all rude. Blatantly talking bad about customers to eachother, looking disgusted if someone came back and their order was wrong.
Ordered two drinks on the app, that was supposed to be ready at 0928… didn’t get the drinks till after 10, which is understandable because there was a lot of tech school/bmt airmen ordering. Today was a Sunday and I stepped out of work to get me & a coworker coffee, so time was lax to get back but this was stretching it. I was so impressed with the service I received from Nicole. She was friendly, patient, & determined to please her customers. I was also amazed with how efficient she worked the register & assisted in preparing our drinks. No doubt she's a valuable asset to the Starbucks team!
