Well maintained and clean with friendly staff.
I live close by and will drop by 2-3 times a month. I stopped by on my walk home because I was hot and thirsty, the redheaded barista said water was only for laying customers. I told her I spent $20 here 2 days ago (whichI I did), she said it’s only for same day customers. She gave me the water, but you shouldn’t hassle customers for tap water especially during Summer.
