I get the same drink all the time at other Starbucks. They claim they can’t do it. Iced cortado is all I asked for, just do the hot cortado in a small cup of ice. Instead she wanted to charge me $1.50 more for a “close to a cortado” drink. So, every other Starbucks can do it without a whole back and forth discussion, but they can’t here? Sure! The young guy here always has an attitude. Idk what he is going through. But terrible mood every time. Maybe he doesn’t like me. But I asked for light ice and he give me this. Theres no coffee all Ice. SMH
The food was excellent as were the margaritas! The staff was so personable and helpful with the menu options, especially Yash! We definitely want to go again.
I said light ice and this is what they consider light ice...?
