We always order the same thing, and on a couple of occasions I've had to go back because they gave us the drink incorrectly prepared. We tell the person at the window and they just say "I'm sorry." This has happened more than once.

Rudddest employee’s I’ve ever encountered. There was a confusion about my online order around 5pm 12/12/2025 and they had to remake a drink. They were all talking crap and when I asked if this was the remake on the counter one of the employees rudely said “i don’t know I just the make the drinks you can go to the register and ask” when no one was at the register and they were all by the pick up counter just talking crap because they had to remake a drink. Super unprofessional.
