Never had food here so I cannot comment on that, however with regards to the staff, coffee and atmosphere I have never had any complaints. I come here at least 3-4 times a month and always have a wonderful experience. Staff gets a A+ for sure…
My mother visited this location’s drive-thru today while traveling and ordered a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. However, the male employee handed her a Grande size instead. When she informed him of the mistake, he took the drink back, poured it into a Venti cup, added extra whipped cream, and returned it to her—rather than remaking the drink properly. (Photo included.)
