I just moved to the city, and this is the closest Starbucks to my house. I have gone every day since August 1. This location has only gotten my drink correct twice out of 16 times!!!…. That is ridiculous. Every time, they forget the vanilla sweet cream in a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. How? And how is it so consistently forgotten? Y’all need to pay more for real.
My drink was split and I was only refunded 5 bucks on a 16 dollar drink. I also called and they said they couldn’t do anything about it
$7.22 and you are mostly paying for ice on their shaken espresso drinks. I've asked for light ice a handful of times and am met with the same amount each time and rudeness when asked to fix it. For an expensive drink I would like to be able to enjoy more than just a handful of sips.
