Great service, and beautiful friendly staff of ladies. Even though they were short staffed they were moving and communicating with one another as well as guests politely and efficiently. Clean store. Definitely be polite, and patient when going in, as we should be anyway in the world. Didn't get food so no comment
I recently purchased the Horchata Crème Frappuccino from Starbucks, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the taste. In my opinion, the flavor did not resemble traditional horchata at all. The drink had an unpleasant taste, and it was not what I expected based on the description. I hope Starbucks will consider reviewing and improving this recipe to better reflect the authentic horchata flavor.
I was at this location yesterday morning around 8-9 and heard and saw very disturbing things. I witnessed an older redheaded women being dismissive towards other employees as well as excessively raising her voice towards the employees as well the customers. My food took at least 15-20 minutes to get after receiving my order. I have never experienced this type of environment displayed at this establishment which I frequent.
