Rarely, once, have I ever had an issue with this Starbucks. The one time I did, they immediately went to correct it and make it well worth stopping.
Always good iced coffee and hot breakfast. Add the friendly staff and its a good one.
I just moved to the city, and this is the closest Starbucks to my house. I have gone every day since August 1. This location has only gotten my drink correct twice out of 16 times!!!…. That is ridiculous. Every time, they forget the vanilla sweet cream in a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. How? And how is it so consistently forgotten? Y’all need to pay more for real. ☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend working here. I showed up with kindness, professionalism, and a strong work ethic, but was met with mistreatment and unfair judgment. I gave my time, energy, and respect — and in return, I was hoping for a good outcome . Everyone deserves a healthy work environment. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
