Two older ladies working this morning. Upon walking up, one of the baristas was taking shots of espresso behind the counter. The lady at the register did not greet anyone. Once I said goodmorning she replied goodmorning and then just stared at me. I ordered my drink and moved to the pickup area where the barista who was taking shots is now arguing with a customer over a straw and all the things they are out of. One of the baristas didn't fill the cups, she also didn't put cinnamon on top of the drink that required it. She also had a slight attitude when we had a question about one of the drinks. The only reason there is a 3 for service is because another barista did the other drink and he was very kind and filled the cup.
Morning wake ups . Hot Chocolate 🍫
The cashier lady takes WAY too much time with each guest. Absolutely no sense of urgency. And in between each customer she takes time to have side conversation about binders or about Pizza Hut. Absolutely zero customer focus. Employees seem annoyed by her too. Just SOOOOO slow at the POS.
