Hands down the most consistent Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Every single time, the brown sugar shaken espresso is spot on delicious. The team here clearly cares. Fast, friendly, and always on point. Absolute five stars.
There is a duo at this branch that makes the service here awful when they’re working. Rude to everyone, whispers about guests, extremely condescending when you ask them questions. I watched the woman working treat another guest so rudely when she asked about her online order that was 10 minutes late past when her app said the order was ready. The cake pops are amazing. The service is great.
First time at this location and Alex, the gentleman who took my order, was the sweetest and most helpful! Bonus: my coffee and banana bread were delicious.
