I didn’t think I would experienced something like this especially in my own community. My husband and I went to Starbucks on July 30 and ordered through the drive thru. It was around 4:30 pm, my husband placed the order and we waited for like 15 mins or so. Once we came up to the window the girl that took our order through speaker saw my husband(we placed our order in English) and said Oh gave a look and proceeded to speak Spanish. Hola mi nombre es Laura , hoy 7/28 fui a comprar mi café frío de caramelo al famoso Starbucks. Y me he dado cuenta porque ya es la según vez que me pasa , que me dan puro hielo molido sin sabor a nada, las dos. Veces me a pasado en la L mismo Starbucks de la ciudad De Lynwood , no sé si recordaron algún ingrediente o las personas que trabajan ahí no están bien entrenadas, pero ya dan puro hielo molido sin ningún sabor , yo tengo años comprando esta misma bebida, y estos últimos días hacen solo cochinero ,

we ordered of door dash, when it came order was EXTREMELY messed up. ordered a chocolate corssaint to be given a normal crossaint?! no thank you. not only that, my drink was not made correctly as I said in the door dash and not FULL it was HALFWAY. horrible workers that pay no attention to orders given to them. Doordarshan man was extremely nice and should get a raise.
