I don’t recommend this location at all to anyone unless you’re desperate for coffee or a cafe to sit in and work. The ambiance to work in or relax is good. The franchise aspect applies where everything you expect in the aesthetics department is up to par. The customer service was good but the drink wasn’t made properly and unfortunately this happens every time I come to this location. I thought I could give it another chance today but my drink is always made wrong. It should be made in the shaker but it’s just poured into the cup and the taste isn’t the same as following the measurements on the shaker.

THIS STARBUCKS IS THE WORST ITS LIKE THEY FORGET THEY HAVE PEOPLE WAITING FOR THERE DRINKS I LITERALLY WAITIED 40mins for 2 simple ass drinks and they even did it wrong and I asked for 2 iced matcha she does them hot. Then I asked for the lavander matcha she gives me the regular I’m never going back here again yall suck , yall need new people.
