Came here a few weeks ago and my order was completely wrong. After I informed the baristas, they didn't even re-make it correctly.
Rude African American lady in the front. Not friendly at all. Starbucks people people usually nice, but not in this place
I ordered a Cookie Mocha Crumble with two espresso shots used those exact words. The barista seemed a little lost, maybe she’s new? She charged me, made the drink, and then called out “doppio.” We looked at each other, and I reminded her I had asked for a Cookie Mocha Crumble with two shots. She said, “that’s a doppio.” I was confused, already running late, but she took it back, added the cookie crumble, and called it a day. Sabrina was one of the nicest Starbucks employees I’ve encountered in a long time… I came in for Labor Day and was given great service despite the business due to everything else being closed in the area… I know it’s tough to have to work holidays so I really appreciate the kindness. Thanks Sabrina for going above and beyond, it made my day!!!
