Worst Starbucks ever visited. Nice location, unprofessional staff. The Caucasian rep is rude with customers, and the Afro-American lady service is not very clean. The Frappuccino she filled was overflowing over the edge and she just wiped it with her finger up to the cup's rim and then wiped her fingers on her jeans.
Cashier refused to take my order. Starred back at me after i ordered twice. Literally blankly starred at me and my husband, tell everybody do any other location. Don't go into the Chase Tower Starbucks!
Great Starbucks! Has very nice seating areas, and is very fast.
…..Just really bad customer service amongst the staff today.
