I usually don't stop by Starbucks when I go here, but it was slow enough to deal with. The drink was good enough, but the Barista, I think her name was Brook, was rude and short with me. A bit off putting.
They have a buy a tumbler and get a free drink promotion. They also have a shelf labeled 30% off with some tumblers on it, even with the 30% off the drink is free. Went to go buy it all, they then state that the sign is in the wrong shelf and won’t honor the discount. We left with nothing. Pretty sure that isn’t how you’re supposed to do that. You messed up, honor the promo you messed up on, fix the mistake.

Meh...it Starbucks....less sugarfree options now...of course because...the bottom line.
Idk what happened but the quality of the starbucks has been going down. They are always out of something everytime I go and I have to go to the other starbucks to get what I need. They always say it's a truck issue but why do other stores have it instock?
