I don't visit this store super often, but today I dropped my drink in front of the store because I was in a rush this morning. I walked back inside, washed my hands in the bathroom, and went to order and pay for another drink... Not only did the barista remake my exact order, but she also didn't charge me... I couldn't believe it. Even if it is a major chain, the barista who did this made my day!!! Thank you so much for making me remember there are kind hearted folks out there!!!!! I appreciate you!!!
The last 5 times I have come into this starbucks location, the staff have been rude, dismissive even though I tip every single time. I usually order a decaf coffee and the last time when my drink was ready I asked if it was decaf to confirm and the girl had her back turned to me yelling ya. The time before that i ordered an egg sandwich with my coffee, as i waited another customer cane in and ordered one as well. Perfect perfect perfect, i have never had a bad latte here before. VERY consistent and an always great vibe from the staff!
