This location was one of my favorites as I am a manger of an establishment in the plaza I’m leaving a one start review as the customer service has horribly went down , it seems to be a bother to order a coffee at this location, through the drive thru window is the worse ! The lady in the window will just stand there holding your coffee instead of communicating with a stare of anointment. Coming in is worse you stand there to not even acknowledged. What I Oder vs what they gave to shipper -)) bro I ain’t have my oatmeal
(At approximately 8:30AM tall black female employee )The Starbucks employee was unnecessarily rude and aggressive when I was simply looking at the menu. There was no line and no crowd, yet I was spoken to sharply and made to feel unwelcome. I left without ordering.
Terrible experience at the drive as always!
