Stopped coming to this Starbucks because of a girl who works there named Grace...if she is incapable of being kind to her customers, she really shouldn't be working at a place that deals with so many people on a daily basis. I would recommend any other Starbucks in town even if they mess up your drink, at least they won't be rude and scowl at you when you ask them politely to fix it. Even my niece knows Grace as "the mean one at the coffee place"

I don't even go there anymore because Grace is a absolute snobby ! I wouldn't even say she's a decent human being! She's so rude.Steven is a Nice guy ,but Grace drives customers away! How the heck is she still there? They must really need the help and can't find a more nice and more customer friendly person seriously!

I have a love hate relationship with this location. The coffee is good as long as they actually get the drink correct. We’ve had a few incidents over the last few years where the drinks are made incorrectly which, things happen, we get it, but the last time we were there they were extremely rude. When we got the drinks, we noticed there wasn’t cold foam like we asked for. I ordered a simple drink and it came out totally wrong. I was very nice and simply told the girl working what was wrong with it. Her name was Grace and she stared at me and rolled her eyes at the girl who took my order. She didn’t offer to remake it, and I was uncomfortable so I left. I called the manager and she was very short with me and had an attitude, but they did offer to replace it.
