I was inside waiting for my order with my boyfriend. While I was there I witnessed the crew inside acting almost ridiculous. There was a lady holding an empty cup, screaming & having fun, she ran around the counter & said “LET ME GET THAT FOR YOU” & pretended to kick a lady out- which was fine, whatever have fun at work! THE BEST STARBUCKS! i live near the 12 and gratiot Starbucks and i drive all the way to mound almost daily just for the atmosphere and the amazing customer service. Adrian never usually takes my order but soon as i walk through the door he’s greeting me by name and rattling off my order without even having to say anything.Yaun (spellcheck) is always at the oven getting peoples pastries together. You can’t pay for that type of experience these days. Should out to this store !
