Arrived 10 mins after my order (nitro cold brew, no mods) was supposed to be ready, had to wait. When it was ready, the wrong name was called and it was as placed in the wrong pick up section with the label facing away. I was standing right next to the pick up counter and was the only one waiting, but was barely acknowledged. To top it off, there was coffee all over the top of the cup. Mark was amazing!! I called to ask a question about the BMV next to their location. He has great customer service skills that not a lot of service workers have.
