Went in on a Sunday afternoon, not very busy. The lady we took my order was very rude after I tried to scan to pay never said that I couldn’t and sat there watching me try to scan it until the lady who was making the drinks told me that that doesn’t work at that Starbucks you have to scan for points and then pay. I don’t say anything to the cashier person and say thank you to the barista who made my drink, as I am paying I look up to the cashier who is making a disgusting face as if I should know that scan pay wasn’t allowed... read more
