The service at this location could not be better. The baristas are friendly and helpful, and work quickly despite being short-staffed. My comment is for Starbucks in general. I I've seen all kinds of articles about Starbucks making changes, like enforcing a dress code for baristas, etc. to win customers back. Might I suggest you stop making people use the "tall, drande, venti" whatever sizing system and just call it small, medium, or large so people can order and move on?
The services takes way too much time. You’re better off driving to a Starbucks store nearby. With the time you wait you might as well. + They always have 1 person working and there’s this one worker there that always has an attitude. But they do make the drinks very well. Step it up.
I got a medium size matcha ice tea but girl didn’t make it well it’s taste sour
