I come into Starbucks every morning before work and order my usual drive on the app on the way. Today is my birthday so I was extra happy today well I ordered my coffee 15 minutes in advance per usual because I don’t want to be late for work. Not only was my drink not ready I literally went to sit in the car to take a phone call for 10 minutes came back and they said oh thought you left so we didn’t make it! It’s a mobile order!!! This is by far one of the best Starbucks locations in McKinney. The early morning crew staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I will Gladly walk in in person to this location vs a drive through for good customer service. Every person working the morning of 9.3.25 deserves recognition for their hard work and kindness
Waited 20 minutes for ONE DRINK. Was told there was 9 orders on the queue… don’t accept online orders. Went and ordered in person and that was made faster than the online orders. It ended up the order was already made and they failed to check to see if it was made before telling me it was 9 orders ahead of my online order.
