After a year of going to this location on and off in the morning on the way to school drop off, today, yet again, my drink order was wrong… Between me and my daughter on average one or both of our drinks are wrong 80% of the time. It’s dumbfounding… I do NOT suggest this Starbucks if you want any part of your order done accurately.
Honestly the drink was okay but that's about it. While taking my order they did not hear my name correctly so when they went and created the drink I couldn't figure out which one was mine. When it came time to get it I was standing there with six different drinks on the counter and couldn't figure out which one was mine. The issue was I asked for extra whipped cream but they put none on top so the lid was flattened and it just looked like a coffee. Great customer service, fast service and amazing coffee!!!
We didn't have food so I couldn't rate it but, the service, atmosphere & of course iced coffees were stellar!!!
