amazing location and friendly staff!
We love going to Starbucks and go almost every day, we visit every Starbucks in Lubbock but when we go to this one, there is one employee that always give us problems. He goes out of his way to give us issues. When we even just ask for straws he rolls his eyes. Not sure why he feels the need to do this to us because in other locations the employees are always so sweet to us and know our names!
My kids got a gift card for Christmas and they were so excited to get drinks. We got to the Starbucks and the gentlemen working tonight had the rudest demeanor. I could not remember what the size of the smaller cups are called and he offered really no help. You could tell he was put off by our order. In fact, my seven year old whispered "You can tell he doesn't want to be here mom". We did have a big order of sixty dollars worth of drinks with two cake pops.
