Worst Starbucks ever made us wait in line for 30 minutes with only one person working, only to tell us they don't have the mix to make frappuccinos then we order my wife and kids drinks, wait forever for it. Only for them to forget my wife's drink then the lady say "thank you, have a nice day" like we didn't want the drink we just paid for !!! Ridiculous! We seriously stood in line for 30 minutes It would be super easy to say hey anybody in light want a frappuccino we can't make them so we can go elsewhere. But no they wait ... read more
Horrible customer service. Unnecessary attitude. The executive team leader is terrible as well. No wonder their reviews are low. Do better.
Let me say that the service at Starbucks in target on Mooney Blvd in Visalia was amazing my barista ( TIA ) was so helpful and kind am very appreciative for her service and help most of all great experience she also showed me a new drink on the Starbucks line up and I was also helped finding the cup I was looking for thank you a million ( TIA ) five star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice place, inside Target S. Mooney, can buy Target stuff with gift cards here so that's good, it has power strips but it's kinda busy and noisy cuz of Target right there, wish they would have built it in the old garden section, Nobody is using it but a bunch of Kitties in the area.... on second thought that is a magical kitty cat world...nobody touch it.
