Drive through experience: Asked for water, and was told I had to purchase something. I told her I wanted to purchase water. She told me she couldn’t sell me water bc I had to purchase anything but a water. I repeated I just wanted water and wanted nothing but water. Spoke to the manager and apparently their complimentary water is not free, I never wanted complimentary water I just needed water, in a bottle, in a cup, water falling it
