This is not my first issue with the same employee at this Starbucks, but this was absolutely the worst experience yet. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and clearly should not be in a customer-facing role. I always scan and pay through my Starbucks app with my card linked to my rewards. This time, she refused to let me pay that way and insisted I insert my card into the machine. Ridiculous how they charge for water, this location is not worth spending your money on because the drinks is always filled with ice barely any of the beverage. Manager is a cheapskate
