Nice staff Very clean facilities including the bathrooms at 5:30am in the morning Excellently made Frappe photos was taken and Thanks Smaller looking location with shorter hours check with Google. Unfortunately one of the staff members is suspect not good.
Clearly understaffed. Poor management. Two teens running the place. Can't keep orders straight. Double charge me on an order. Got the refund. Ordered a pastry watched it get put in the oven 15 minutes later was told they are out. Zero leadership. Fly by night operation. This is Saturday 345 pm August 8.
The services is terrible my mobile app state it ready by 132pm and waited like almost 10 mins. Ask the young lady I also have sandwiches. Didn’t care to Check and another young lady came almost 10mins later and ask what I am waiting for and said my sandwiches and she picked up on the counter which mean it was sitting there. Need to train the barista a good customer service. Greet customers and check what needed. I’d rather go to Marino’s Starbucks
