Went to this location recently and no one even said hello I was looked at by multiple workers and I waited about 7-8 minutes there was no line or any cars in the drive through when I left. I understand when it’s busy but to not even be acknowledged isn’t great when no one was in the location. I ended up leaving and driving to the Starbucks in the target near by and was taken care of right away. Disappointing that a store with 5 people in front could not acknowledge us. Starbucks is quick and precise for what you want and request. I love the dedication from the staff to promote their new releases and seasonal drinks. The staff is professional and kind when assisting with your order. BIG props to running a super clean establishment. I will say the food tastes like they picked it up from a 7-Eleven the day before and threw it under a heat lamp, but that's a corporate issue rather than related to management/staff.
