Witnessed horrible treatment of door dash driver. He was picking up order and the barista treated him like trash. Horrible customer service. Never coming back to this location. Need to train them on customer service skills.
More than 20 minutes for a coffee in an empty shop. Drive further and save time
If I could give them negative stars, I would. Their handling of mobile orders is the worst I've ever seen. It actually takes longer than just waiting in line.
Staff was awesome and very welcoming. Definitely recommend this location.
On 1/18/2026, at 8:53am, purchased a hot coffee latte, got a cold one, not iced but not hot. I wonder if their water heater was out of order.
