I called and spoke that my lost ring had been found, and I visited the store at the agreed time. However, I was faced with an unexpected situation. After traveling 40 minutes to get there, I was told to wait another 20 minutes because it was lunchtime. It was 5 30 pm. This is a clear failure to honor an appointment with a customer and has been a very disappointing experience. I believe better efficiency and time management are needed in customer service operations.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered a Spicy Falafel Pocket from this Starbucks location and was given something that contained meat. I’m a vegetarian and do not eat meat — this is a serious and careless mistake. To make things worse, when I called the store to address the issue, the manager hung up on me mid-conversation.
