We waited and waited on our coffee and I was about to ask why we were waiting when I heard one employee ask the other one why she hadn’t made them yet and the second employee said “I’m not a fan of making those.”

I love starbucks, I like that I can go visit with my best friend and sit for a couple of hours and catch up with no kids.
Can someone teach the employees how to make a an oat milk shaken espresso, i’ve gone like 4 times and they have tasted terrible.
