had a terrible morning at this Starbucks. An employee named Stacy, who was wearing glasses, was rude and refused to give me a plastic knife for my butter. She never actually provided it, and I do not recommend this Starbucks at all. My breakfast was ruined.
The staff and of course the supervisor of this location are clueless about providing good and quality service. I made a complaint about how the staff made me feel invisible. I came back to this location because the store nearest my place of employment is never open on time. A dark skinned female whose name I can’t pronounce informed me that I was barred from entering the store! This person had the audacity to say that I caused a scene in their store!
