I'm so disappointed with this location. I visit once or twice A DAY. Ever since the Manager, Joe, went to another location, this place has become a dumpster fire. Every other day, my drink is off. I order the exact same drinks, EVERY DAY. I pay too much money to receive negative, rude service and not have my coffee taste the same/the correct amount of espresso shots/come as I order it. Super nice and friendly staff. Clean bathrooms!
Had to wait 45+ minutes for my mobile order and even then it was only then made because I talked to an employee. Not sure how much longer I would have had to wait otherwise. There were other people waiting just as long as me, so it wasn't that I was missed or forgotten. I do not blame the employees at all for this. I blame the corporate office who most likely has drive thru time metrics they have to hit. Terrible policy but the drive thru makes them more money so I highly doubt anything will change.
Horrible and substandard!! This place is unbecoming of the standard and expectations of a starbucks experience! 16 minutes for a peppermint mocha, no napkins, no straws, bathrooms were filthy, floors dirty, and on top of that no friendly customer service!! Clear this entire place out and hire and train staff that meet standards immediately!!
very slow. sat in line for 25 minutes for a mobile order placed ahead. spent 10 minutes per car for cashing them out and handing out their drinks. zero multitasking skills, and poorly trained.
