I used to come to this location all of the time, but I moved to the other side of town but every time I come to this location, my coffee always taste like literally how I could describe it coffee and water diluted. It does not taste the same it is disgusting. I wasted $9, 10 on a drink that taste like water and coffee. This also happens at another location here in Springfield, but wish y’all would do better
I'm so disappointed with this location. I visit once or twice A DAY. Ever since the Manager, Joe, went to another location, this place has become a dumpster fire. Every other day, my drink is off. I order the exact same drinks, EVERY DAY. I pay too much money to receive negative, rude service and not have my coffee taste the same/the correct amount of espresso shots/come as I order it. Today, I wanted to reload my card, I handed her a $100 bill, then I get shorted change, my app scanned 5 times, and not ONE apology or ANYTHI... read more
Super nice and friendly staff. Clean bathrooms!
Had to wait 45+ minutes for my mobile order and even then it was only then made because I talked to an employee. Not sure how much longer I would have had to wait otherwise. There were other people waiting just as long as me, so it wasn't that I was missed or forgotten. I do not blame the employees at all for this. I blame the corporate office who most likely has drive thru time metrics they have to hit. Terrible policy but the drive thru makes them more money so I highly doubt anything will change.
