Everyone was very nice. The store was spotless and the drinks were exactly as I wanted. This is my favorite Starbucks in all of Springfield.
As a barista of 4 years myself, worst location I've been to. They all have an attitude, especially the elderly gal. when you ask them to remake the drink even if THEY MESS IT UP. Ive been coming here for 3 years and I only get one specific drink. It NEVER fails that it's made improperly. Whether it's them making it hot when I ask for it iced or not melting the honey. One of their brand new employees remembered me after one visit 😆 this place is a joke! Go down the road to clearlake for a MUCH better experience.
Came at 5:30 in the morning and the service is very very bad
They don’t know how to take orders, terrible service
