Chaotic and inexperienced staff. Driks take forever so regulars all use mobile and there are just stacks of orders everywhere. Its busy with very poorly managed and trained staff.
I don’t even write Google reviews like that but this has got to be the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Two times now I’ve had clumps of undissolved matcha powder in my latte. When I brought it to the baristas attention I was told “it’s just on the sides of the cup”. Then today I spilled half the drink on myself when I went to take a sip because the lid wasn’t on properly
Nice staff super friendly always greet you with a smile. My order is always right and I never gave to wait long.
worst Starbucks ever. never get full cup. Never. In this picture, I had gotten only one sip. It’s happening again and again, and here I’m writing a review now. I’ll never get a drink from this starbucks again.
