I from texas and I stopped there because me and my sister want to get a refreshment, and the asian girl In the front I think I saw her name was Kristen, took care of us with a perfect customer service!!! Most of the time when you go to a startbucks in target they never welcome you the way she did it, I was very impressed and appreciate the warm welcome she provided, this is the ruth of all customer service and this is how you succeed. The Cambodian girl at the register needs to fix her attitudeeee…. Just because you got a line of 10 people and your the only one working doesn’t mean that you can give attitude to costumers. New teenage/kid staff there are unprofessional. I’ll be in line waiting to get service while the staff are just dancing and chitchatting, all while ignoring the customers. And when they finally realize there’s a customer waiting they immediately put their phones away. I understand that these new hires are young but you can’t be doing that at work, this isn’t a playground. The food and drinks were okay, nothing wrong with it.
