The first time in 4 years of coming to this location to wait to order for 15 minutes while another customer argued about the color of one of her many drinks. Meanwhile the other employees just continued to ignore the fact that another customer was waiting. I asked because I was on a time limit if he could make the drink and was told no. Kitalli was so SWEET! Her energy was unmatched. She greeted me, talked to me , and made sure my drink was perfect. ( I asked for recommendations for my matcha ). best employee i’ve seen at a starbucks !
I've been coming to this Starbucks since Covid ended, and I have to say, Oli, Paige, Macie, Kitalli, Avery, and Sugra's speed and accuracy with the preparation of what I ask is always great. They're great, quick, efficient, and super patient. They're an awesome team. I went last night around 8-9 pm the the young girl up there was so nice and funny and made my drink exactly how I wanted it
