Almost every time i come in the drive through there’s this one girl who has the nastiest attitude i’ve ever seen. She’s spoken to me with a rude undertone on numerous occasions, despite my trying to be friendly and understanding. Unacceptable that this is how a paying customer is spoken to.

I always go here and never had an issue until now. I found a huge black hair inside my drink and some of it hanging out and stuck under the lid (I’m blonde). I know it was an honest accident, but I’m really disgusted. The workers should have their hair tied back tightly or wear a hair net.
