I said no cinnamon for my drink and they still put cinnamon in it. They don’t pay attention to what customers want.
Were the workers trained to show cusomter service or how to make drinks? Just curious.
Most staff there come off quite dismissive and rude, and seem to be very unfamiliar with simple menu items. When I asked for "fat free milk", something offered through their app and at all locations, they seemed puzzled. They also regularly mishear and don't make an effort to double check or verify, just write it down and assume what you want. I've gotten strawberry cold foam, (extra charge) instead of strawberry puree multiple times, when they dont sound similar. Hope they get better training.
The staff stand around and stare at their phones/the ceiling while a long line of people wait to order. My drinks are always made wrong, and they always take FOREVER to make. Avoid this Starbucks and go to the one at Drum Hill or north campus.... it would take the same amount of time.
Located within the UMass Lowell South Campus Library, O'Leary. Can pay with uml dining hall money/points/"riverhawk dollars". Long lines at busy times like between classes, but the location on campus makes up for it.
