Extremely rude staff, otherwise the store is fine. I went to order, they guessed my order then wouldn't let me continue my order. Then attempted to chastise me like a child saying "to speak up if you want more" when they cut me off when I was saying my order. That is the last time I will ever go to the Cloverdale Starbucks.
I've always been a Starbucks customer. No matter what, I always buy my coffee there. At this particular store, I was treated so bad when I asked for the code to use the bathroom. The person told me I could only access the code if I bought something. I told hem that I will use the bathroom and buy a coffee after. He said "Just buy a coffee and I'll give you the code." I was in a hurry to use the bathroom, so I had to wait in line to buy coffee and use the bathroom. Terrible customer service at this store. Wow.
