I'm a local, so I go here pretty regularly and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. I even bring my dog with me every time and they are very helpful and accommodating if you bring your pet with you. They know my name and also my dogs, they know what we like to order. I always get him a pup cup (if you don't know what that is it's just a small cup of whipped cream), which is automatically added to my order as soon as they realize who I am.
