So I went to go get a coffee for my wife and the guy that was working only been working there two days very nice good customer service just that nobody was there helping him He made the first coffee wrong went back, asked for a refund He said he couldn’t so he made another drink and that one was still incorrect which I get it. He’s new but somebody should at least still been there. Training him and helping him will not be going back to the Starbucks.

Alayna was very rude and unprofessional when I ordered, and made me feel like an idiot for ordering a mocha, even going so far as to slam my drink down when it was ready. The coffee was fine, but I won't be coming back while she's around. I've always had good experiences here, but she ruined it for me.

Order a few drinks, and Eidan did an amazing job. They were delicious. Will come back soon.

I purchased two peppermint mochas today and watching the person making it the person wasn’t putting whipped cream so I asked the person why. The person said they were making it and won’t be ready for 10 minutes. I said nothing not wanting to be a Scrooge! 1. They should have stated that upon purchase! 2. If I wasn’t watching the person was not going to tell me! Last time I buy there! Basically got cheated!!!
