Drive thru order, employee was kind of rude, ten minute line from start to finish.
I just want a brownie, man! Three times ago, I get to the drive through, order a brownie, they tell me my total. As I get through the line to the window, they tell me it turns out they don't actually have it. What the heck! Two times ago, I go and they don't have it then either. At least they told me right away instead of making me go through the line. Today, my wife goes to get her a coffee and me a brownie. They mess up her coffee and give me something that isn't a brownie! What does this place have against brownies?
This by far the worst Starbucks in Rockford I could never get my drink right every time it’s wrong and I have waisted over 150$ for drinks that I end up throwing
