All around worst experience I have had at a Starbucks. When I was waiting on my drink one guy with shaggy hair was bashing other employees with someone he was working with and I don’t think that’s appropriate in front of customers. Slanging slur words and using the N word is not what I think standards of a large business would allow.
Didn’t get what I ordered. The outside of the cup has hand written letters of what I ordered ( but no printed out sticker that you would usually get) but all I got was hot oatmilk with MAYBE some coffee but for sure NO flavor or sweetness. My husband ran to get it and bring back to the motel so he had no idea until I took my first taste. Very very disappointed.
I wish I can leave no stars, they messed up all our drinks that we just got and didn’t even bother fixing them we are running late today as it is but we weren’t rushing them, sadly this is the second time I came to this location with an issue occurring. .
Sky the barista that helped me was fantastic. She even offered a taste of the drink I was asking about. She was very sweet, helpful, and fast. Great experience.
