Mediocre service. Went to grab a coffee; no one was in front of me. Stood there for minutes, and nobody acknowledged me. Felt invisible. Horrible customer service.

I've been having problems with my coffee lately. I bought two coffees: white chocolate mocha. When I got home, they were just milk. This has happened to me several times. What's going on with you? The coffee was cold, the employees inside were talking on their phones, and the line for the cars was really long. I waited half an hour to get my coffees. They just looked at me and laughed. When I got home, it was just milk.
