I just ordered coffee through the drive through at this location and the girl was so rude because my card wouldn't work then she proceeded to make comments thinking I did not hear hrr...one comment was these people don't know how to pay expecting her to do it for me....another comment why do I have to baby customers. If you are having a bad day please take off I dont need to hear negative comments when am trying to enjoy my day.. never again!
I came in today during a pretty slow time. The glass door was left slightly ajar but wasn’t open to let guest in which I thought was strange and honestly a bit of a safety hazard since it is a door made of heavy glass. The two male staff were very unprofessional and I heard them call me profanities under their breathes after I had to get a refund for a drink that I did NOT order.
